How do I read the eBooks?

With one click, you can easily read the books on any device, including any e-reader, phone, computer, Kindle, Nook, Kobo Reader, iPad, iPhone, and any other tablet or device that supports ePub files.

You can also read your books from the BookFunnel app for free. This is included with your purchase.

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel.
Download your book with one click and start reading immediately.

The email you use at checkout is also the email you will need to use to redeem your books.

You will automatically have access to the free BookFunnel app, where you can also read your books.

BookFunnel has excellent email support. If you have any issues downloading your book, just reply to the email they send, and they will walk you through the process.

How do I listen to the audiobooks?

You can listen to the audiobooks on any device that supports MP3 files (smart phone, computer, MP3 player, tablet.) You can also listen to your books from the BookFunnel app for free. This is included with your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could cancel orders for instantly available digital items, we are unable to alter or cancel once you have received the items via email.

You can cancel a pre-order for a digital product as long as you request a cancellation and refund 24 hours prior to the release date.

If you wish to cancel an order for paperbacks or other physical products, we are happy to do so before we have packaged your order.

However, if you have requested signed paperbacks with personalization, we can't offer a refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Gift cards, audiobooks, and ebooks are digital products and cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products except for eBook preorders.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order before the release date of the book, please Contact Us with your order number to request a full refund.

Paperbacks, hardbacks, book boxes, merch, swag, and other tangible items are eligible for a refund within 7 days. However, we cannot offer a refund for signed books since these are personalized for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to all subscriptions and one-time product purchases made from this site.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

We ship from the United States via the United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship within 5 business days for in-stock items.

Pre-orders and out-of-stock items will ship based on the date indicated on the product page.

For US readers

Orders shipped within the US typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after your items are shipped, depending on the option you select at checkout.

Media Mail: If you select Media Mail shipping at checkout, your order will only include the signed books. The postal office does not allow any other media or swag in the box with paperbacks when you select this shipping rate.

Please allow up to 10 days for Media Mail shipping.

Priority Mail and Ground Advantage: There are no limitations to what we can include in your box. If you want the additional swag items we add to every package, you will need to choose one of these options at checkout.

Please allow up to 5 days for shipping.

For international readers

We offer international shipping to most countries. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail International only. Please allow up to 6 weeks for shipping.

Duties and taxes: You are responsible for any duties or taxes owed once the package has arrived in your country. Please keep your country's tax rate in mind when ordering from our store, as we do not cover these costs.

We don't accept returns outside the United States.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
