Digital Products

Gift cards, audiobooks, and ebooks are digital products and cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products except for eBook preorders.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order before the release date of the book, please Contact Us with your order number to request a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on instantly available eBooks and audiobooks. Since the item cannot be removed from your digital device, there is no way for us to accept the return.

We also do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Physical Products

Paperbacks, hardbacks, book boxes, merch, swag, and other tangible items are not eligible for a refund for change of mind. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to all subscriptions and one-time product purchases made from this site.

For subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can easily cancel your subscription from your account.
