eBook Delivery, Download, and Support

We use BookFunnel, the leading distributor of digital books, to send your eBook and audiobook files. After purchasing eBooks or audiobooks from this site, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with a link to download the book.

With one click, you can easily read the books on any device, including any e-reader, phone, computer, Kindle, Nook, Kobo Reader, iPad, iPhone, and any other tablet or device that supports EPUB files. You can also read your books in the free BookFunnel app for iOS and Android.

BookFunnel email support is included with your purchase. Every book you purchase from this site is guaranteed for life by BookFunnel. If you ever switch devices, you can easily re-download the book directly from BookFunnel.

If you didn't receive an email from BookFunnel with the download links, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. Contact BookFunnel support if you're still not seeing the email, or send us an email at the email address listed on your receipt, referencing your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship only to the United States via the United States Postal Service.

Paperbacks are printed on demand, which means we order the books directly from the printer. This process takes 2-3 weeks to arrive at our office. After that, Jillian Frost will sign the books, and you will receive a shipping notification. The process takes about 4 weeks, but printer delays can cause longer shipping times.

Once your paperback order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Depending on your shipping method at checkout, most orders are received within 7 days. However, we are shipping from Southwest Florida, where we get hurricanes and other unexpected inclement weather that might cause USPS to run behind schedule.

Subscriptions

Can I pause, modify, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You can modify, cancel, change products (when applicable), skip a month, or pause the billing all from your member account.

Simply log in by clicking the profile icon on the homepage or use your direct link and choose you preferred option.

How do I switch to a different book or product in my subscription?

We understand you may already own specific books and don't want to receive them again. No problem. For subscriptions that offer different products each month or quarter, you can choose a different option after the first month by logging into your member account. and selecting the product you want to swap.

Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?

It depends on the subscription. For digital subscriptions, digital files are sent immediately after purchase and apply to our no refunds on digital products policy.

Gifting Orders & Subscriptions

Giving the gift of books? That's a great idea.

To gift an order or subscription to a friend or loved one, enter your name and billing information in the billing details at checkout and put their name and address in the shipping address box.

We also ask that you leave a note at checkout indicting it's a gift and if there's a special occasion or a message you'd like us to add to the packaging.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you can cancel with a few conditions:

1. For signed paperbacks, you must contact us via email before we order your books from the printer. All books listed on this site are printed on demand, which means we order books just for you, and therefore, we cannot cancel an order once we have placed your order with the printer.

2. For eBook pre-orders, you cancel and get a full refund if you contact us within 5 business days of the release date. Once the book is on your device, we cannot offer a refund or cancel the order.

Regularly available digital items cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase since we cannot remove the file from your device.

Returns & Refunds

All sales on digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on instantly available eBooks and audiobooks. Since the item cannot be removed from your digital device, we cannot accept the return.

eBook pre-orders are the only exception to the refund policy. If you contact us via email within five business days before the release date indicated on the product page, we can offer you a full refund.

Paperbacks are ordered and printed on demand. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or refund an order that is already in progress.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, pictures of the items, and a description of the issue.
